Well that would have been a parody of a very old movie......
But I figured I start off.
I'm known on and off line as Devi or Dev to most of my friends.
I'm almost 50, single (hopefully will remain that way....it's been perfectly all right with me for this long, why should I change.)
About twelve years ago, I dropped everything to move back home with my parents to help take care of my Grandmother. I didn't know then, but two years after I moved in, I lost my father to cancer suddenly. I lost my Grandmother the following year. I will be forever grateful of the time I got to spend with both of them. The memories are very precious to me.
Now I still live with mom. I take care of her full time since her agorophobia has become very severe. (if you are not aware of what that is, it is the fear of leaving one's home or safe place.) Mother has not left the house for any reason for the past five years or so.
So, I care for her and help her do her exercises to keep her knees and ankles from seizing up completely from her arthritis.
I have three brothers, one who lives with me and works to pay the bills. The other two I will talk about only if tortured to do so. I love them but we all agree we can't be too close in area or one of us might not make it out alive. (really we do love each other, just cant stand each other after a while)
There is also a my nephew who I have raised since he was an infant that lives with us. He just turned 24 and let me tell you. I knew I didn't want kids of my own for a reason.
There is also a 10 year old cat and a 1 year old dog that shares this townhome with us.
So, on to Will.
Witchblade was my introduction to him, and I wasn't even planning on watching it, but promised to tape it for my brother while he was at work. Guess what, he lost interest and I became hooked. I hate to admit it, as I already have in another post, Will was not the first reason I watched the program, it was Ian and Gabe. But once Periculium was aired, Will became my favorite, and I went and rewatched all the tapes over again to see him.
Okay, Will is not the only actor I will watch anything in. I am also a big fan of Angus Macfadyen, Sean Bean, Billy Wirth, Dustin Nguyen and a couple of others. However it is Will and Angus that I will suffer through crap to watch.
Anyway, that's just me.
Oh yeah, I cook (love trying to recipes and gizmos), paint, write, crochet (I think it is an elder gene, I never could get it right when I was younger), sew, love music of all kinds and read like it's going out of style.
Anything else? just ask. I'm the queen of TMI.
